Privacy policy

Updated October 23, 2026

This policy explains how Volley Pepper handles personal information on this website and its beta waitlist.

What we collect and why

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and record your signup, confirmation and subscription status. We use this information to manage the waitlist and, with your consent, send beta updates, including when you can send a clip.

After signing up, you can answer an optional question about what you struggle with in volleyball. We use these answers to plan the beta coaching. The question does not ask for your name or email, and answers are not linked to your waitlist email. Please avoid including personal or sensitive information in your answer.

Our website and signup services also process technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver pages and operate the form. If you email us, we receive your address and the information you include so we can respond.

Services that handle information

We use providers for website hosting, font delivery, signup forms, surveys, subscriber management and email delivery. These providers process the information needed to perform those services. Information may be processed outside Canada, where different privacy laws may apply. You can ask our privacy contact for more detail about the providers handling your information.

Your choices and requests

After signing up, confirm your address using the confirmation email. You can withdraw your consent to beta emails at any time through an unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

You can also ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. Unsubscribing stops beta emails; it does not automatically delete every record. We may retain a limited record of your unsubscribe to respect your choice, or information we must keep by law.

How long we keep information

We keep waitlist information while it is needed to manage your subscription and the beta. You can request deletion at any time, subject to the limited records described above.

Video reviews

The waitlist form does not collect videos. Before clip submissions open, we will explain how clips are stored, used and deleted. Any use of clips and corrected feedback to improve the AI, or to share clips publicly, will have separate consent choices. Joining the waitlist does not give permission for either use.

Privacy contact

For questions, complaints, access, corrections or deletion requests, contact the Volley Pepper privacy contact at [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to verify that a request concerns your own data.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and show the updated date above. If a new use of your information requires consent, we will ask before using it that way.
